What it is / who it’s for

MorphStudio AI is a web app for AI avatar video. Per the prelaunch page, you turn any photo into a human-like talking head with lip-sync, pick a voice, and generate videos for marketing, training and social media. The FastPass at checkout describes the upgrades: PRO (70+ languages, 1080p, premium voices, faster rendering and 3,000 extra credits), an AI Creator Suite for scripts and campaigns, a DFY collection of 300+ ready-made AI influencers, and an Agency Edition to resell the tool to up to 50 clients.

It’s sold on JVZoo by LogicBeam & IMReviewSquad. It’s pitched at marketers, affiliates and agencies who want presenter videos without appearing on camera.

What we found

A plain 30-day refund, repeated in the policy

The sales page promises: “Simply contact our friendly support team within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund every single penny – no questions asked.” The refund policy it links to says the same thing, with no conditions, and asks buyers to open a support ticket titled “Refund Request”. The JVZoo order form lists a 30-day return policy handled by the vendor. That consistency across all three is less common than it should be, and it’s the main reason this lands in the top half of the scale.

The page’s own small print defines “lifetime” as the lifetime of the product, “approximately 5 years”, which is worth knowing before you treat the one-time price as permanent. We didn’t find a Trustpilot profile or a record of complaints for LogicBeam or IMReviewSquad, so there’s no buyer history to weigh either way.

1,500 credits, but not what a video costs

• The sales page FAQ says the front end “includes 1,500 credits”, and the PRO upgrade adds 3,000 more, but nowhere does it say how many credits one video uses, so you can’t tell how many videos $37 buys.
• The page’s comparison table calls MorphStudio “fast, unlimited promo videos”. A fixed credit allowance isn’t unlimited; treat that line as marketing.
• Front-end exports are 720p MP4; 1080p and 70+ languages are part of the PRO upgrade.
• The individual upgrade prices aren’t shown on the sales page or order form; only the $230 FastPass bundle is priced.
• The page quotes four named buyer testimonials for a product that opened for sale on 26 September. We couldn’t verify them.

Photo-to-avatar and platform rules

Any tool that animates a photo into a talking person raises two questions the buyer carries: consent, if the face isn’t yours, and disclosure. TikTok’s community guidelines require realistic synthetic media to be clearly labelled, and YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content. We didn’t find either question addressed on the live sales page, so both are left to you: use faces you have permission to use, and label the videos where the platform asks.
