TubeOS X review card: Proceed With Caution. $27 one-time AI YouTube system, but its pricing boxes say per month and 900 credits cover just 15 minutes of video.

Video & Graphics

This TubeOS X review is based on the vendor’s sales page (the version our link opens from launch), the All Access Pass (bundle) page, the JV page, the vendor’s terms and the vendor’s demo video, checked on 10 October 2026, launch day. We have not created a TubeOS X account or used the product, and the JVZoo order forms weren’t open when we checked, so upgrade prices come from the vendor’s JV page. Where a claim couldn’t be verified independently, we say so rather than repeating it.

TubeOS X is an AI YouTube tool from Gaurab Borah and Ram Rawat. From a Telegram message or the web app, it researches topics and affiliate offers, writes a script, builds scenes around a recurring branded character, adds voice, captions and a thumbnail, writes the SEO and publishes or schedules the video to YouTube. It launches on JVZoo on 10 October 2026 at 11 AM EST and runs to 16 October. The sales page prices the front end at $27 (Lite) or $47 (Premium), with five upgrades and an All Access Pass bundle.

We rate it Proceed With Caution. The page repeatedly promises a “Low ONE-TIME” price and a no-questions 30-day refund, and it states plainly how credits work. But its own pricing boxes say “PER MONTH” under both plans, the 900 starter credits on the $27 plan cover only 15 minutes of finished video against a promise of “Exports 20 Videos Every Month”, and the page calls the tool “YouTube-Safe… 100%” for automated, AI-made channels. Check the order form says one-time before you pay.

What it is / who it’s for

Per the vendor, TubeOS X covers the whole loop for a YouTube channel built to sell: an Offer Finder that pulls affiliate offers from JVZoo, WarriorPlus, Launchpad, Explodely and MunchEye; “Smart Offer Attachment” that writes the offer into the video and its call to action; Channel Intelligence that stores your brand, audience and visual identity; an AI Character Builder for recurring characters; Auto Mode (one instruction in, a finished video out) and Advanced Mode (control over script, scenes, voice, thumbnail and SEO); Shorts and long videos; 10+ script styles and visual themes; publishing or scheduling up to 30 days ahead; and Telegram control, so you can review and approve from your phone. The vendor says no API keys are needed.

It’s aimed at affiliate marketers who want YouTube traffic for the offers they promote, faceless channel builders, and freelancers who want to make videos for clients. The upgrades add more channels and credits, team seats, a Facebook content tool, an “AI selling room” and reseller rights.

The vendor’s bundle page includes this full demo, and sample videos it says JV partners made with the tool.

What we found

Monthly or one-time? The pages disagree

The pricing boxes on the sales page read “Special Launch Price $47 $27 PER MONTH” for the Lite plan (retail “$67/Month”) and “$67 $47 PER MONTH” for Premium. The same page promises a “Low One-Time Payment” and warns the “Price Goes Back To MONTHLY RECURRING Soon”; the bundle page sells a “LOW ONE TIME FEE” and lists Premium at “Value $297 ONE-TIME”. The page’s FAQ calls it “a limited-time Founders Deal” that will move to monthly pricing after launch, so the “PER MONTH” label is probably the post-launch price left in place. But a pricing box is what most buyers read. Before you pay, check the JVZoo order form: it states whether you’re charged once or monthly.

Credits run out faster than the export counts suggest

The FAQ is clear on how credits work: “TubeOS X charges 1 credit for each second of finished video, so a 60-second video costs 60 credits.” The Lite plan includes 900 welcome credits and Premium 1,800. That’s 15 and 30 minutes of finished video. Yet the same boxes promise “Exports 20 Videos Every Month” and “Exports 60 Videos Every Month”; 20 one-minute videos would need 1,200 credits, and one 10-minute video (the Pro upgrade’s length) takes 600. The pages call the credits “welcome” credits and don’t say whether they refill. Top-ups are one-time packs inside the app: 1,200 credits for $27, 2,700 for $57 and 5,400 for $97, roughly $1 to $1.35 per minute of video.

“YouTube-Safe? Yes – 100%”

No tool can promise that. YouTube’s channel monetization policies say channels must not rely on mass-produced or repetitive “inauthentic” content, and its spam policies cover misleading links and automated posting. TubeOS X’s pitch, many AI-generated videos with affiliate offers attached, published on schedule, is exactly the pattern those rules watch for. The recurring-character approach helps make videos distinct, which is a point in its favour. But whether a channel stays monetized depends on what you publish, not the tool. You also need to disclose affiliate links in each video, and the page doesn’t mention that.

The proof isn’t from TubeOS X users

The main proof section profiles Kurzgesagt, Alan Becker and Simon’s Cat, big animated channels that have nothing to do with TubeOS X, to argue that recurring characters build audiences. The “affiliate friends” sample videos come from JV partners promoting the launch. Two first-name testimonials (“6 sales”, a client asking for “50 videos”) can’t be checked. The bundle page also carries leftover copy from another product: a pop-up selling an “Xtreme Version” with “100 AI Rooms” and “200 Audio Avatars” for $9, and a disclaimer about Facebook.

Vendor and refund terms

Gaurab Borah says he has run 100+ launches; MunchEye lists around 20 of his JVZoo and WarriorPlus launches, many with Tom Yevsikov, including Tube Bonanza, which reappears here as fast-action bonus #7. The sales page promises a full refund “within 30 days of purchase… no questions asked”. The site terms don’t name a company or country and tell buyers to “open a dispute through your PayPal account”. Keep a copy of the sales-page promise, and check the return policy on the JVZoo order form.

TubeOS X pricing & OTO breakdown

Front-end prices from the vendor’s sales page and upgrade prices from its JV page, on 10 October 2026. Bought one by one, the five upgrades come to $455–$655 on top of the front end, depending on which downsells you take. The bundle page doesn’t show the bundle price; it advertises “63% OFF” an “Actual Value” of $692, plus a $50-off coupon. Run it through the True Cost Calculator → to price only what you’d use.

Deal Investigation Rating

CriterionRatingWhy
TransparencyRed FlagMonthly and one-time prices on the same page; export counts that the credits don’t cover; “100%” YouTube-safe; leftover copy from another product
Value SignalFair$27 once for a tool that researches, makes and publishes videos is reasonable, but 900 credits is 15 minutes of video; after that, packs cost about $1 to $1.35 per minute
Trust SignalSome Fine PrintExperienced launch vendors and a no-questions 30-day refund on the sales page; but the terms name no company or country and point to PayPal disputes, and the proof is other people’s channels
Bonus ValueFairTen fast-action bonuses, mostly training and swipe files plus a commercial licence; Tube Bonanza is the vendor’s own earlier product

Overall: Proceed With Caution. The idea is sound and the price is low: $27 once for a tool that ties videos to offers and tracks the clicks, with a clear credit rule and a no-questions 30-day refund. What holds it back is the page itself: “PER MONTH” under a one-time offer, export counts the credits can’t cover, a “100%” YouTube-safe promise and proof borrowed from famous channels. It isn’t a Skip because the refund is plain and the credit cost is stated. If you buy, confirm the order form says one-time, render a few videos in your first week to see how far the credits go, and decide within the 30 days. This rating is a judgement about the deal, not a claim about the quality of the videos the tool makes, which we haven’t tested.
