Lead Gen & Conversion
This LeadsGorilla 3.0 review is based on the APEX AI sales pages, the vendor’s own JV/affiliate partner page, the published Terms of Service, the LeadsGorilla ownership announcement, and public buyer reviews on Trustpilot. We have not created an account or used the product. Where a claim cannot be independently verified, we say so rather than assuming it is true.

The product is real, the funnel is priced in plain one-time numbers, and $47 is a low bar to entry. Two things should be read before you click buy. The sales pages state no money-back guarantee at all — only a “support guarantee” — and the refund clause buried in the Terms of Service is unusually conditional for a launch at this price. Separately, LeadsGorilla has changed hands, and the track record the version number leans on belongs largely to the people who sold it.
What it is / who it’s for
LeadsGorilla 3.0 APEX AI is a local-business lead finder. Per its own sales page it searches “Google Business Profiles, Facebook Pages, and business directories,” scores what it finds, and exports the results — framed around two AI agents, “Prime” (orchestrator) and “Apex” (lead hunter). The stated job is to “find local businesses, score them, and save the best leads in just a few clicks.” The audience is agencies, freelancers and consultants who sell services to local businesses and need a prospect list to work from.
What we found
The guarantee is not what a launch buyer will expect
This is the single most important finding, so it goes first.
We checked the front-end sales page and the bundle page. Neither states a money-back guarantee. What both carry instead is a support guarantee: the product “has our support guarantee for two years from purchase.” That is a commitment to answer your emails, not to refund your money. The two are easy to conflate when skim-reading a sales page, and on these pages there is nothing else to conflate it with.
A refund policy does exist, in the Terms of Service. Quoted verbatim: eligible customers “may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date” — immediately followed by “A refund is not automatically guaranteed simply because a request is submitted within the 30 days.”
The terms also reserve the right to deny refunds where the company determines a customer has been “substantially consuming platform resources before requesting a refund.” Read that against what this product is. It is a lead-generation tool; consuming platform resources is the only way to find out whether it works. Evaluating the product and triggering that clause look, from the outside, like the same activity. We are not saying the clause will be applied that way — we are saying it is written broadly enough to permit it, and a buyer should know that before paying, not after.
The brand has changed hands — quietly
Launch calendars currently credit this launch to Adrian Isfan, who co-founded LeadsGorilla. The vendor’s own JV partner page names Manish Varma as Owner and Founder.
LeadsGorilla’s own site resolves it. A page titled “A Message From Adrian & Cristian” announces the handover: “We are passing the torch to a new owner who shares our vision and has the passion and resources to propel LeadsGorilla into its next growth phase.” The feedback address given on it is manish@leadsgorilla.io.
What that announcement does not do is name the new owner, give a handover date, or say anything about what happens to existing customers and their subscriptions. For a product sold largely on lifetime and one-time terms, who is obliged to keep the lights on is not a detail.
This matters for how you read “3.0.” A version number implies continuity — that the thing you are buying carries the history of the thing before it. Some of that history is now the previous owners’. Manish Varma operates LeadGen Inc. and a group of related “Gorilla” brands, and there is a real corporate presence behind the name; what there is less of is a long public record under this brand, under this ownership, which is the record a 3.0 invites you to trust.
What buyers of the earlier versions say
Two Trustpilot profiles exist, and they disagree with each other, which is itself worth knowing.
- app.leadsgorilla.net — TrustScore 3.0 out of 5 across 193 reviews, with 39% at one star. Recurring complaints: refund requests that went unanswered “despite advertised guarantees,” extended downtime (“the website has been down for days”), and support enquiries receiving “no reply.” Trustpilot notes the company has not replied to negative reviews there.
- leadsgorilla.io — TrustScore 4.3 out of 5 across 112 reviews, 72% at five stars but still 22% at one star. Positive reviewers cite speed and responsive support (“support these guys reply so fast”). Negative reviewers cite “data is extremely limited and not useful,” that the “refund policy is misleading,” and support taking three to five days against a promised 12–48 hours. The company does reply to negative reviews here, though typically after more than a month.
Read fairly, this is a mixed record rather than a damning one, and it spans an ownership change, so not all of it belongs to the current owner. But the complaint that recurs on both profiles, from different buyers in different years, is about refunds. That is the same area where the new sales pages say the least.
One-time or recurring? The materials disagree
Every funnel step on the JV page is labelled “Onetime,” and the sales pages agree. The same JV page also describes the affiliate terms as 50% commission with a “recurring commission structure,” and the Terms of Service contain general subscription and cancellation language (“If you cancel a recurring subscription, cancellation generally applies to future billing periods…”).
Boilerplate terms often cover products a company does not currently sell, so this may be nothing. It is unresolved at the time of writing, and it is the kind of thing worth confirming on the order form before you pay. Check the checkout page for the words “per month” or “per year” before completing a purchase.
What we did not find
No countdown timer, no price-increase pressure and no fake scarcity on the sales pages we checked — which, given how common that is in this market, is worth saying plainly in the product’s favour. The testimonials on the page are results claims, but the disclaimer states “we don’t guarantee any results” and describes them as “exceptional results” that “don’t apply to the average purchaser.” That is the correct disclosure to make.
Vendor claims vs. what we verified
| Claim | What we found |
|---|---|
| $47 one-time front end | Verified on the sales page and the JV funnel breakdown |
| Searches Google Business Profiles, Facebook Pages and business directories | Stated by the vendor; not independently verifiable without an account. Earlier-version buyers have complained the data is “extremely limited” |
| “Support guarantee for two years from purchase” | Verified as stated — but it is a support commitment, not a refund guarantee |
| Money-back guarantee | Not claimed on the sales pages. A conditional 30-day policy exists in the Terms of Service |
| Launch credited to Adrian Isfan | Out of date. The JV page names Manish Varma as Owner and Founder; LeadsGorilla published a handover notice from the original founders |
| Two AI agents, “Prime” and “Apex” | Stated by the vendor; unverified — naming a feature set does not evidence how it performs |
| One-time pricing throughout the funnel | Partially verified — all steps say “Onetime,” but affiliate terms mention recurring commissions and the ToS covers subscriptions |

Deal Investigation Rating
| Criterion | Rating | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Transparency | Red Flag | No money-back guarantee stated on the sales pages, only a support guarantee. The refund policy that does exist is in the Terms of Service and is expressly not automatic, with an abuse clause broad enough to cover ordinary evaluation of a lead-generation tool. Funnel is otherwise clearly priced with no false urgency |
| Value Signal | Fair | $47 for an AI lead finder is in line with the category, and the full funnel at $565 is modest by launch standards. Against that, buyers of earlier versions report the underlying data is “extremely limited” |
| Trust Signal | Weak | Brand changed hands via an announcement naming no new owner and saying nothing about existing subscriptions. The main app domain sits at 3.0/5 with 39% one-star reviews and no replies to negatives. Refund complaints recur across both review profiles |
| Bonus Value | Pending | The vendor’s front-end bonus stack is not itemised in the pre-launch materials. To be rated against the live sales page on launch day |
Overall: Proceed With Caution. Not because the software is bad — we have not used it and make no claim about how it performs. The caution is about the terms you are agreeing to. You would be buying a lead tool with no advertised money-back guarantee, under a refund clause that reserves the right to say no, from a brand whose public complaint history is concentrated on refunds, under ownership that has not introduced itself. At $47 that may still be a bet worth taking. Take it with your eyes open, and screenshot the order form.

FAQ
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Not one stated on the sales page. The sales pages offer a two-year support guarantee. A 30-day refund policy appears in the Terms of Service, qualified by the line that a refund “is not automatically guaranteed simply because a request is submitted within the 30 days.”
Is it a one-time payment?
Every step of the funnel is advertised as one-time. The affiliate terms mention recurring commissions and the Terms of Service contain subscription language, which we could not reconcile before launch. Check the order form for “per month” or “per year” before paying.
Who actually owns LeadsGorilla now?
The JV partner page names Manish Varma as Owner and Founder. The original co-founders published a notice saying they were “passing the torch to a new owner,” without naming them. Launch calendars still credit the original founder, which is out of date.
Does it guarantee leads or income?
No. The vendor’s own disclaimer states “we don’t guarantee any results” and describes the testimonials on the page as exceptional results that “don’t apply to the average purchaser.”
Are there complaints about earlier versions?
Yes, and praise too. One Trustpilot profile sits at 3.0/5 with 39% one-star reviews; another at 4.3/5 with 22% one-star. The theme that recurs on both is refunds, alongside complaints about limited data and slow support. We did not find complaints about this specific 3.0 release, which has not launched yet.
