Lead Gen & Conversion
This Chirps AI review is based on the vendor’s JVZoo sales page, the JVZoo order form and affiliate listing (both checked on 23 September 2026), the public pricing, about and terms pages on chirps.cc, company and developer records for Monzed Labs, a December 2025 developer write-up about the product, category pricing from a competitor, and public search for buyer complaints. We have not created a Chirps account or used the product. Where a claim couldn’t be verified independently, we say so rather than repeating it.

Deal Investigation Rating
- Strong Buy
- Worth Buying
- Proceed With Caution
- Skip This One
Chirps AI is a real, publicly priced AI support-agent platform, and $49 a month for five assistants and 5,000 AI replies is low next to the best-known name in the category. The problem is the JVZoo deal itself. The page labels it an “Exclusive Deal”, but $49 a month is the same price as the Pro plan on the vendor’s own website, where you can also start on a free plan or a $19 Starter plan with a three-day trial. Through JVZoo there’s no free way in, and the refund terms contradict each other: the order form shows a 14-day return policy and asks you to agree the purchase is non-refundable.
That is why this is Proceed With Caution. It isn’t lower because the product is priced in plain monthly numbers, you can cancel from the billing area, and there’s a named founder and a registered company behind it. It isn’t higher because the refund position is unclear on a recurring charge, the seller joined JVZoo in August 2026 with fewer than ten sales, and we found no independent buyer reviews.

What it is / who it’s for
Chirps is a web-based platform for building AI support and sales agents. You train an assistant on your website pages and documents, then put it on a site as a chat widget or connect it to a phone number to answer calls. The vendor lists lead capture into a built-in CRM, calendar bookings, live takeover of chats and calls by a person, and support for more than 50 languages. The JVZoo page sells the Pro plan: 5 assistants, 5,000 AI conversation messages a month, 5 collaborator seats, a white-label embed widget and a full commercial licence.
It’s made by Monzed Labs, a company registered in Estonia that also runs a design and development agency at monzed.com. The JVZoo listing names Ayoub Baalla as the seller. It suits small businesses that want a chat or phone assistant on their site, and freelancers or agencies who plan to set those up for clients under the commercial licence. It isn’t a launch in the usual JVZoo sense: there’s no cart-close date and no upsell funnel, just a monthly subscription sold through JVZoo alongside the vendor’s own site.
What we found
The “Exclusive Deal” is the regular price
The JVZoo sales page carries an “Exclusive Deal” label and a “Get Instant Pro Access Now” button. The JVZoo order form charges $49.00, then “$49.00 will be billed every 1 month”. The pricing page on chirps.cc lists the Pro plan at $49 a month too. We found no discount, no locked-in launch price and no annual option on either page.
What the vendor’s own site has that JVZoo doesn’t is a cheaper way in:
- Free: $0, 1 AI assistant, 20 AI credits a month, community support.
- Starter: $19 a month after a three-day free trial, 2 assistants, 1,000 AI credits a month.
- Pro: $49 a month, 5 assistants, 5,000 AI credits a month. This is the plan JVZoo sells.
- Enterprise: $249 a month, 30 assistants, 30,000 AI credits a month.
There is one possible difference in JVZoo’s favour. The JVZoo page lists a “Custom Branding & White-Label Embed Widget” and a “Full Commercial License”. The public pricing table shows custom branding in Pro but marks white-label options as not included. If the JVZoo version really does include white-label, that matters to anyone reselling the service to clients. We couldn’t confirm it without an account, so ask the vendor before you buy on the strength of it.
The practical upshot: if you want to find out whether Chirps suits your site, the free plan or the Starter trial on chirps.cc costs less than the JVZoo route. The JVZoo purchase makes sense once you know you want Pro, or if the white-label and commercial-licence terms are confirmed and they’re what you need.
The refund terms contradict each other
This is a recurring charge, so it matters. On the JVZoo order form, checked on 23 September 2026, two statements sit side by side:
This product has 14 days return policy and will be handled by the product vendor.
and, next to a checkbox you have to tick to pay:
I understand and agree that this purchase is non-refundable. I expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and/or services upon purchase, and acknowledge that by downloading or accessing the product, I waive my right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The Chirps terms of service (last updated 13 August 2026) side with the second: “Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.” The JVZoo sales page itself states no money-back guarantee. For comparison, the JVZoo order form for another product we reviewed the same day showed a 30-day return policy and no non-refundable clause, so this wording isn’t standard on every JVZoo checkout.
We’re not saying refunds will be refused. We’re saying the documents don’t tell you whether you’ll get one, and on a monthly charge that’s worth settling before you pay. Ask the vendor in writing (team@monzed.com is the address on the JVZoo listing) and keep the reply. Cancelling is simpler: the terms say you can cancel from the billing area and keep access until the end of the paid month.
The phone side costs extra, at a rate we couldn’t find
Voice is a headline feature on the JVZoo page (“Inbound Voice Calls & Live Phone Takeover”), and the pricing page lists voice calling and AI phone numbers in 10 countries as part of Pro. The same page describes voice minutes as “Pay-as-you-go”, starting at 100 minutes, without publishing a per-minute price or the cost of a phone number. The terms also mention charges for “usage-based charges or overages”. So the $49 covers the chat side, and a phone assistant will cost more by an amount we couldn’t pin down.
If you plan to use AI calling to phone people rather than answer them, US rules apply too. In February 2024 the FCC ruled that AI-generated voices count as “artificial” under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, so robocalls using them need the called person’s prior express consent. The JVZoo page sells inbound calling; we mention this because the vendor’s own description of Chirps also refers to outbound calls.
A new seller on JVZoo, with little public history
The JVZoo affiliate listing, checked on 23 September 2026, shows the seller joined on 3 August 2026, with both seller and affiliate sales still in the “under 10” band and a 0% refund rate (which, at that volume, tells you very little). Affiliates earn 30% of the first payment and of every rebill.
Behind it there is a real company and a named developer. Monzed Labs OÜ is listed in the Estonian business register, and the Chirps terms are governed by Estonian law with the courts of Harju County. Ayoub Baalla’s public GitHub profile links to monzed.com and lists Monzed Labs and Chirps among his projects. The Monzed agency has a Trustpilot profile with a 4.1 TrustScore from 5 reviews, all five stars, about agency work rather than Chirps, and Trustpilot notes the company hasn’t invited reviews recently. We didn’t find a Trustpilot profile for Chirps, and we didn’t find buyer reviews or complaints about Chirps on Reddit or forums. That isn’t the same as there being no complaints. It means the Trust Signal rests on the company record, not on buyer feedback.
The source code has been sold as a script
A December 2025 post on the DEV Community site introduced Chirps, pointed to chirps.cc as the live demo, and said the source code was for sale on the Codester marketplace, listing a stack of React, Node.js, Supabase and Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash model. That Codester listing now returns a 404, and we couldn’t confirm who listed it. Two things follow. Other copies of the same platform may be running under other names. And the AI model underneath may be a fast, low-cost one, which suits simple support answers but is worth knowing if you expect more. We couldn’t verify which model the live product uses today.
Vendor bonuses
We didn’t find any vendor bonuses on the JVZoo sales page. The Bonus Value rating below scores that, not the AI App Sleuth bonus further down.
Vendor claims vs. what we verified
| Vendor claims | What we found |
|---|---|
| “Exclusive Deal” | Not supported on price. $49 a month on JVZoo is the same as the Pro plan on chirps.cc. The only possible extra is white-label, which we couldn’t confirm |
| $49, Pro plan | Verified on the JVZoo order form: $49.00, then $49.00 billed every month |
| “Custom Branding & White-Label Embed Widget” | Partially verified. Custom branding is listed in Pro on the public pricing page; white-label is listed as not included in Pro there |
| “5,000 AI Conversation Messages per Month” | Verified as stated, though the public pricing page calls these “AI Credits” and defines them as AI-generated replies. How voice use draws on them isn’t stated |
| “Inbound Voice Calls & Live Phone Takeover” | Partially verified. Listed in Pro, but voice minutes are pay-as-you-go at a rate the pricing page doesn’t publish |
| Build and deploy an agent “in under 60 seconds” | Unverified. A marketing claim we can’t test from outside the product |
| “50+ Languages, Fully Automatic” | Unverified. Stated by the vendor; answer quality in each language can’t be checked without using it |
| Refund policy | Contradictory. The order form shows a 14-day return policy and a required “non-refundable” acknowledgement; the terms say fees are non-refundable |
| Who makes it | Verified: Monzed Labs, Estonia; JVZoo seller Ayoub Baalla (Monzed.com) |
Chirps AI pricing breakdown
There are no upsells on JVZoo: the whole offer is one monthly plan. The comparison that matters is with the vendor’s own plans. At $49 a month the first year costs $588, plus any voice minutes. Run it through the True Cost Calculator → to see what a year costs with the extras you’d use.
| Where | Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| JVZoo | Chirps Pro | $49 a month | Confirmed on the order form. 5 assistants, 5,000 AI messages a month, 5 seats, white-label widget and commercial licence per the JVZoo page. No trial |
| chirps.cc | Free | $0 | 1 assistant, 20 AI credits a month |
| chirps.cc | Starter | $19 a month | Three-day free trial. 2 assistants, 1,000 AI credits a month |
| chirps.cc | Pro | $49 a month | 5 assistants, 5,000 AI credits a month. White-label listed as not included |
| chirps.cc | Enterprise | $249 a month | 30 assistants, 30,000 AI credits a month, 15 seats |
| Both | Voice minutes | Pay-as-you-go | Rate not published |
Prices checked on the JVZoo order form and chirps.cc on 23 September 2026.
For category context, Chatbase, the best-known tool of this kind, lists its Standard plan at $150 a month ($120 billed yearly) for 4,000 message credits, according to a 2026 pricing breakdown. On paper, Chirps charges about a third of that for more replies. What that comparison can’t tell you is how the answers compare, which is a question for the free plan, not for us.
Deal Investigation Rating
| Criterion | Rating | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Transparency | Red Flag | Monthly price is stated plainly and matches at checkout. But the order form shows a 14-day return policy and a required “non-refundable” acknowledgement at the same time, the terms say non-refundable, the “Exclusive Deal” label sits on the list price, and voice minutes are billed at a rate that isn’t published |
| Value Signal | Fair | $49 a month for 5 assistants and 5,000 AI replies is low next to Chatbase’s $150 Standard plan. But the JVZoo route offers no discount over buying direct, removes the free and trial options, and leaves phone costs open |
| Trust Signal | Some Fine Print | Registered Estonian company, a named developer with a public record, published terms and cancel-anytime billing. Against that: the seller joined JVZoo in August 2026 with fewer than 10 sales, we found no buyer reviews of Chirps anywhere, and the source code has been offered for sale as a script |
| Bonus Value | Weak | The vendor offers no bonuses on the JVZoo sales page |
Overall: Proceed With Caution. Chirps looks like a real product at a fair monthly price. The caution is about this particular deal: it’s labelled exclusive but costs the same as buying direct, it takes away the free ways to try the product first, and it asks you to accept a recurring charge under refund terms that contradict each other. If you already know you want the Pro plan, get the refund position and the white-label question answered in writing, then buy. If you don’t know yet, start with the free plan. This rating is a judgement about the deal, not a claim about how well the software performs, which we haven’t tested.
Your Chirps AI bonus if you buy through us
Buy Chirps Pro through the link on this page and you also get the five bonuses below, built by AI App Sleuth and delivered by us. The vendor neither supplies nor endorses them, and they don’t change the rating above. Chirps answers the visitors and books the calls. These cover the rest: getting visitors to the widget, finding businesses to set it up for, pricing that work, and working out whether a captured lead pays for the subscription. Total bonus value: $705.

FLAGSHIP BONUS · VALUE $297
The Client-Getting Kit
Who to contact, what to say, what to charge, what to send. The JVZoo offer comes with a commercial licence, which means the obvious way to make the subscription pay for itself is setting up support agents for local businesses. This kit is that side of the job: picking the first businesses to approach, the messages to send them, pricing the setup and what to send once they say yes. Four designed guides, with editable versions of the templates.
Perfect if: you plan to sell AI chat or phone agents to businesses and have never pitched one.

The 7-Day Free Traffic Sprint
Value $197
A support agent can only answer the visitors who arrive. Seven days of specific, free, 45-minute actions that put real people on the page the widget sits on, with a tracker so you decide on day seven from numbers.
Perfect if: the widget is installed and the chat log is empty.

The Rate & ROI Calculator
Value $67
Enter your time, costs and target margin and get a rate card back. Build the $49 a month into it, and price a chatbot setup or a monthly management fee before a client asks.
Perfect if: a business owner asks what you charge to set one up and you don’t have a number.

The Funnel Profit & Break-Even Calculator
Value $97
What is a captured lead or a booked call actually worth? Work out the break-even point, the maximum you can pay per lead, and a pessimistic case next to the optimistic one, so you know whether a subscription tool is earning its keep.
Perfect if: you want to know how many bookings a month cover the subscription.

The Proof Card Maker
Value $47
Paste in what a client said, pick a size and download the graphic. When the first business you set up is happy, this turns that into something you can show the next one in about a minute.
Perfect if: you have one happy client and nothing public to show for it.
How to claim: buy through the link on this page and keep your JVZoo receipt, then go to the Chirps AI bonus claim page and enter the transaction ID from it. You have 30 days from purchase.
FAQ
Is the JVZoo deal cheaper than buying from Chirps directly?
Not on price. JVZoo charges $49.00 a month, the same as the Pro plan on chirps.cc’s own pricing page. The JVZoo page lists a white-label widget and a full commercial licence, which the public pricing page shows as not included in Pro, so the JVZoo version may include more. We couldn’t confirm that from outside the product.
Is it a one-time payment?
No. The JVZoo order form says “$49.00 will be billed every 1 month”. The Chirps terms say paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and that access continues to the end of the paid period after you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
The order form says both. It shows a 14-day return policy handled by the vendor, and it also asks you to tick a box agreeing that “this purchase is non-refundable”. The Chirps terms say fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Ask the vendor in writing before you buy, and keep the answer.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, outside JVZoo. chirps.cc lists a free plan (1 assistant, 20 AI credits a month) and a $19-a-month Starter plan with a three-day free trial. Neither is offered through JVZoo.
Are voice calls included in the $49?
Voice calling is listed as included in Pro, but the pricing page says voice minutes are “Pay-as-you-go” and doesn’t publish a per-minute rate. Expect the phone side to cost extra, and ask for the rate before you plan around it.
Who makes Chirps?
Monzed Labs, an Estonian company. The JVZoo listing names Ayoub Baalla (Monzed.com) as the seller, and his public GitHub profile lists Monzed Labs and Chirps among his projects.
