Lead Gen & Conversion

This CueVue review is based on the vendor’s All Access sales page, the vendor’s JV/affiliate page, the JVZoo order form and affiliate listing (checked on 23 September 2026, while the launch was running), the terms of service and refund policy the sales page links to, the vendor’s earlier JVZoo products, and public search for buyer complaints. We have not created a CueVue account, used the product or talked to its demo avatar. Where a claim couldn’t be verified independently, we say so rather than repeating it.

Deal Investigation Rating

  • Strong Buy
  • Worth Buying
  • Proceed With Caution
  • Skip This One

CueVue puts an animated, talking AI representative on a website that answers questions, captures leads and books appointments. The launch offer is refreshingly plain about the basics: about $149 one-time, no subscription, and 1,300 conversation minutes included, with one credit equal to one minute and typed conversations unlimited. The vendor has sold software on JVZoo since 2011, and this product’s JVZoo listing shows a 0.52% refund rate across 100+ sales so far, which is unusually low.

That is why this is Worth Buying. It isn’t higher because some of the fine print is loose: the free Gemini access is a launch bonus for “45 days or 100 minutes” with nothing said about what happens afterwards, the FAQ answers the ongoing-cost question vaguely, and the linked legal pages belong to a different company and promise a 30-day refund where the sales page and checkout say 14 days. Minutes are finite, too: past the included 1,300, the checkout sells 600 more for $47.

What it is / who it’s for

CueVue is a web-based tool for adding what it calls a LiveRep™ to a website: a lifelike animated face that visitors can speak to or type to. Per the vendor, it answers from the business knowledge you give it, captures names, emails and phone numbers as the conversation happens, scores leads, books appointments through Calendly, and sends the details to a CRM, Google Sheets, Zapier or a webhook. Setup is described as pasting a URL, taking “about 3 minutes”.

It’s made by Todd Gross and Prady; the sales page footer names BBC Systems Inc. of Oviedo, Florida. The All Access Bundle includes agency features (10 client workspaces, client logins, white-label reporting), so it’s aimed both at small businesses and at freelancers or agencies who want to set LiveReps up for clients. The launch runs on JVZoo until 26 September 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT, per the JV page.

What we found

What about $149 buys

Unusually for a launch, the front end is the full bundle rather than a stripped-down tier. The sales page lists:

  • CueVue Commercial: the LiveRep builder, 10 stock faces, the Standard avatar engine, up to 3 simultaneous animated conversations, “Unlimited typed conversations”, recordings, transcripts, lead scoring and analytics, 300 credits and a commercial licence.
  • 30 Done-For-You Templates across seven niches.
  • Go Global + Follow-Up: 70+ languages, automatic language detection, follow-up and abandoned-conversation recovery.
  • CueVue Agency: 10 client workspaces, a credit pool per client, read-only client logins, white-label dashboards, and “Bring-your-own API key capability”.
  • 1,000 extra credits, for 1,300 in total. The page says plainly: “1 credit = 1 minute, so that’s 1,300 minutes of conversation.”
  • A launch-only bonus: “Gemini – Included – Free for 45 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first”.

The page also says credits aren’t spent while the LiveRep just sits on a site: “When a visitor starts a live conversation, your LiveRep™ goes to work — and credits power that conversation.” That’s a clear, checkable definition, which many credit-based launches don’t give.

The price moves. The JV page says “From $147”, the JVZoo order form charged $149.45 on 23 September, and the sales page advertised a $10 coupon (TALKBACK). A rising launch price is common on JVZoo; just check the figure at checkout.

What happens after the minutes and the free Gemini run out

Two ongoing costs are left partly open. First, minutes: 1,300 minutes is a meaningful allowance for one small business, but it’s finite, and the checkout’s “Credit Top Off” sells 600 more for $47, roughly 8 cents a minute. If you’re running LiveReps for several clients, budget for top-ups.

Second, Gemini. The bundle lists Google’s Gemini as a launch bonus that’s free “for 45 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first”. The sales page doesn’t say what Gemini is used for inside CueVue, whether conversations still work once the bonus ends, or what it costs after. The Agency feature list mentions bringing your own API key. The FAQ’s answer on ongoing costs doesn’t settle it either: “Any optional usage or third-party services depend on the tools you choose to connect.” Ask support before you rely on anything Gemini-dependent, and within the refund window.

Two refund periods and two companies in the small print

The sales page and the JVZoo order form agree on 14 days:

Backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee — try CueVue and if it’s not for you, get a full refund.

The order form adds: “This product has 14 days return policy and will be handled by the product vendor.” But the legal links at the foot of the sales page point to engageleads.com, not a CueVue site. The EngageLeads refund policy promises more: “within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.” Its terms of service are governed by the laws of Navi Mumbai, India, while the sales page names a Florida company. The JV page’s live demo also runs on an engageleads.net address, so CueVue appears to be built on EngageLeads’ platform.

None of this is a red flag on its own, and the mismatch runs in the buyer’s favour. It does mean the paperwork hasn’t been written for this product. Rely on the 14 days that the order form shows, and ask support which terms apply if it matters to you.

A countdown that doesn’t match the cart close

On the evening of 23 September the sales page showed “Founding offer ends in” with about 35 minutes left, which is midnight Eastern, beside the TALKBACK coupon. The JV page sets the launch close for 26 September at 11:59 PM EDT. We couldn’t tell what, if anything, ends at midnight: the coupon, a price step, or nothing. Don’t let the timer rush the decision; the launch itself has days to run.

Upgrades

The funnel is short. At checkout the order form offered two optional add-ons, neither pre-ticked when we checked: the Mega Bundle at $297 one-time (Premium and Platinum LivePresence engines, 100 agency workspaces, 36 more faces, two custom LiveReps with optional voice cloning, 2,000 more credits for 3,300 total, an agency launch kit and a mastermind) and the Credit Top Off, 600 credits for $47. The JV page also lists a $77 bump for five custom avatars, a $297 Mega Bundle upsell and a $147 “Mega Bundle Lite” downsell. The JV page and checkout don’t list quite the same add-ons, so check each one as it’s offered. Everything we saw is one-time.

Borrowed case studies, clearly labelled

The sales page cites results from Greenhouse (“2,000 meetings booked from 15,000 conversations”), Vanilla, Demandbase and Evocalize. Each comes with the note that these are “results from other conversational AI platforms, not CueVue. Individual results vary.” That’s the honest way to use them. Read them as evidence that website conversation tools can work, not that this one will. The page’s client-service planner, which shows five clients at $299 a month, is also labelled “Illustrative USD figures only”.

Vendor bonuses

Five bonuses come with All Access: a LiveRep Knowledge Blueprint, a LiveRep Placement Blueprint, a CueVue Getting Started Guide, a Local Business Chat Finder, and “Client Overlay: Unlocked”. All five are about getting a LiveRep set up well or finding businesses to offer it to, which is exactly where a new buyer needs help. They’re the vendor’s bonuses, separate from the AI App Sleuth bonus further down.

Vendor track record

Todd Gross’s JVZoo seller account dates from December 2011. Earlier JVZoo products under his name include Graphic-Finder Software, Video Marketing Publisher, Todd Gross’ Video Vault, and Video Jeet with Cyril Gupta. For this product, the JVZoo affiliate listing on 23 September showed 100+ sales, a 10.68% conversion rate and a 0.52% refund rate, and credits the account with 9 Product of the Day awards. A refund rate this early can change as more buyers reach the end of their refund window, so treat it as a snapshot. We didn’t find a Trustpilot profile for CueVue or EngageLeads, and we didn’t find buyer complaints about CueVue on Reddit or forums. That isn’t the same as there being none.

CueVue pricing & OTO breakdown

From the JVZoo order form on 23 September and the vendor’s JV page. Everything is one-time. Take both checkout add-ons and the All Access price becomes about $494; the Mega Bundle alone takes it to about $446. Run it through the True Cost Calculator → to price only what you’d use, and remember that minutes beyond your allowance cost extra.

Deal Investigation Rating

CriterionRatingWhy
TransparencySome Fine PrintOne-time price, credit definition and top-up price are all stated plainly, and no add-on was pre-ticked. But what happens after the free Gemini period isn’t explained, the ongoing-cost FAQ is vague, the linked legal pages belong to EngageLeads and say 30 days where the offer says 14, and a midnight countdown sits beside a cart that closes days later
Value SignalFairAbout $149 one-time for 1,300 animated conversation minutes, unlimited typed chat, templates, 70+ languages and 10 agency workspaces is a lot on paper. It isn’t Strong because minutes run out and top-ups cost about 8 cents a minute, and the post-bonus Gemini cost is unknown
Trust SignalClearSeller on JVZoo since 2011 with a string of earlier products, a 0.52% refund rate on this product so far, a 14-day guarantee confirmed at checkout, and case studies honestly labelled as other companies’ results
Bonus ValueFairFive on-topic vendor bonuses (knowledge and placement blueprints, a getting-started guide, a local business finder, a client overlay). Practical, but mostly guides

Overall: Worth Buying. The price is one-time, the allowance is stated in minutes you can plan around, the checkout doesn’t sneak anything in, and the seller has a long record with a very low early refund rate. It isn’t a Strong Buy because the ongoing costs are only half-explained (minutes run out, and the Gemini bonus ends without a word on what follows) and the legal paperwork was written for a different company. We didn’t find anything that would push it down to Proceed With Caution. This rating is a judgement about the deal, not a claim about how well the LiveReps talk, which we haven’t tested.

Your CueVue bonus if you buy through us

Buy CueVue through the link on this page and you also get the five bonuses below, built by AI App Sleuth and delivered by us. The vendor neither supplies nor endorses them, and they don’t change the rating above. All Access includes 10 client workspaces, so the fastest way to earn it back is setting LiveReps up for local businesses. These cover that side: finding and pitching the business, writing the offer, pricing it, and showing what a booked appointment is worth. Total bonus value: $635.

The Client-Getting Kit — bonus ecover

FLAGSHIP BONUS · VALUE $297

The Client-Getting Kit

Who to contact, what to say, what to charge, what to send. CueVue’s agency workspaces only pay off once there are clients in them. This kit covers the outreach: which local businesses to approach first, the messages to send, how to price the setup and the monthly fee, and what to send once they say yes. Four designed guides, with editable versions of the templates.

Perfect if: you can build a LiveRep in minutes and have never sold one to a business.

The Copy and Offer Kit — bonus ecover

The Copy & Offer Kit

Value $127

Stack a client offer that holds up to a sceptical business owner, then paste your pitch in and see the hype and the claims you’d have to defend. Useful when the vendor’s own sales page is full of other companies’ case studies you can’t borrow.

Perfect if: your pitch promises results you can’t prove yet.

The Funnel Profit and Break-Even Calculator — bonus ecover

The Funnel Profit & Break-Even Calculator

Value $97

What is a captured lead or a booked appointment worth to this business? Work out the break-even point and the most they can pay per lead, with a pessimistic case next to the optimistic one. It’s the number that makes a monthly LiveRep fee an easy yes.

Perfect if: a client asks how many bookings it takes to pay for the service.

The Rate and ROI Calculator — bonus ecover

The Rate & ROI Calculator

Value $67

Enter your time, costs and target margin, including top-up credits, and get a rate card back. Price a setup fee and a monthly management fee before the conversation where a client asks.

Perfect if: you’ve been about to quote a price that doesn’t cover the minutes.

The Proof Card Maker — bonus ecover

The Proof Card Maker

Value $47

Paste in what a client said, pick a size and download the graphic. Your first happy client is the proof the next one needs, and this turns it into something you can show in about a minute.

Perfect if: you have one result and nothing public to show for it.

How to claim: buy through the link on this page and keep your JVZoo receipt, then go to the CueVue bonus claim page and enter the transaction ID from it. You have 30 days from purchase.

FAQ

Is CueVue a one-time payment?

Yes. The JVZoo order form charged $149.45 as a single payment on 23 September, and the sales page says “No subscription”. Extra conversation minutes are sold separately: 600 for $47 at checkout.

How many conversations does it include?

1,300 credits, and the sales page defines one credit as one minute of live animated conversation. Credits aren’t used while the LiveRep sits idle, and typed conversations are listed as unlimited.

What happens when the free Gemini access ends?

The vendor doesn’t say. Gemini is a launch bonus, free “for 45 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first”, and the agency features mention bringing your own API key. Ask support what changes after the bonus before you depend on it.

What’s the refund policy?

14 days, per the sales page and the JVZoo order form. The legal pages the sales page links to (EngageLeads) state 30 days; the 14 days on the order form is the safer figure to rely on.

Can I use it for clients?

Yes, per the sales page. All Access includes commercial rights and CueVue Agency: 10 client workspaces, separate credit pools, read-only client logins and white-label reporting. The Mega Bundle raises that to 100 workspaces.

Are the case studies on the sales page from CueVue users?

No. The page says they are “results from other conversational AI platforms, not CueVue”.

Who makes CueVue?

Todd Gross and Prady, per the sales page. Todd Gross has sold software on JVZoo since 2011. The legal pages and demo run on EngageLeads, which CueVue appears to be built on.

DECIDED?

Rated Worth Buying on the evidence above. Before you depend on it, ask support what happens after the free Gemini period and budget for top-up minutes if you’ll run it for clients. Buy through the link below and the five bonuses on this page, worth $635, are yours.
